All support calls are tracked using a sophisticated computerised call tracking system. Our pre and post sales personnel are fully qualified to assist with all forms of technical support issues; from general queries, through extensive problem solving to large scale network design and implementation.

Our standard range of support services, all of which can be tailored, include;  
  • Technical Support

    Available on 01924 234 877 between 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Outside of normal office hours Protocol Network Integration operate a mobile support service. Please feel free to call for assistance with any communications problems.

  • Warranty

    Protocol Network Integration provides a minimum of 12 months factory Warranty on all communications products supplied and installed.

  • On-Site Maintenance

    We offer tailored contracts to suit the needs of you and your network.

  • Fault Completion

    In the event a Protocol Network Integration System engineer being on-site out of normal working hours, the engineer will complete the work being carried out to ensure the fault is fully rectified and there will be no need for a return visit.
