eziTracker can be accessed with no capital outlay, no special equipment and benefits can be seen from day one. The service is paid for on a pay as use basis and a minimum 12 month contract. eziTracker is a web-based system which means that there are no hardware costs for either the Main site or your client sites where your staff are located. The remote staff utilise the telephone network by calling a free phone number (0800) to log in and out so there is no cost to your client for this service.

At the main site no additional hardware is required as the data is accessible through the internet - so all that is needed is an internet capable PC. This will allow you to look at the data live so you can determine whether your staff are on-site or not.

One of the major costs to businesses today is software and the necessary licences. With eziTracker there are no software costs because the information is accessed via the internet. This means that there are no implications for additional memory, hard drive space, new machines, etc.

The eziTracker service is based on "paying for the service you receive". If you have 10 employees logging in and out every week then this will be charged on a per call basis. If you have 100,000 employees this will also be charged on a per call basis.

As a business this allows you to start the service on a smaller number of employees and roll this out to the rest of the company at time intervals that suit you and at a cost that suits the business.

By using this methodology, you can concentrate on specific contracts ensuring that they are running at their maximum, under budget and delivering the optimum in customer service.
