Within the old system of paper timesheets they had to be checked weekly, bi-weekly, 4-weekly and monthly creating the opportunity for fraudulent entries and misinterpretation.

eziTracker uses the national 0800 service to capture staff time and attendance that makes our service (not a product) entirely scalable to meet every organisations individual requirements. The system operates by utilising the telephone network where employees log in/out using a free phone number and personal PIN number. This then eliminates the need for paper timesheets that the majority of the UK's remote staff are currently using.

eziTracker allows organisations of any size to effectively manage their remote staff by having access to up to date information regarding the time on and off site. Managers access all the data via the Internet - so even as an extreme example the Manager may be on holiday in Barbados, but can still have the information on which staff are located where and whether or not the contract itself is running under or over budget.

eziTrackerVoice gives the option to leave messages for individual employees, a group of employees or for a specific job, which reduces time in locating staff and communication bills. The message can be short and sweet in reference to a specific job or prompt a reply such as date of birth. This option will see a drastic reduction in fraudulent hours being claimed by employees that are not/have not been on site.

eziTrackerAlerts can be set up to send an e-mail or SMS message to advise if staff are not on-site by a specific time or even when they have left. This allows the organisation to be one step ahead and offer customer that is unbeatable.

Where specific contracts are an issue with regards to contracted hours, the system highlights the areas where you are under/over budget so that the necessary changes can be made. This is achieved by using the live data against the budgeted hours for that contract.

Reports, including Payroll are delivered automatically to the employer in a flat file format which allows seamless integration for payroll staff - once again freeing up time and resources to concentrate on other business activities. A general log of activities is generated daily and delivered via e-mail where staff can look at any areas of concern.
