It is essential that the initial set up of the system is achieved
in a timely and organised fashion to ensure the smooth running
of the project. Our experienced consultants within the organisation
will examine all documentation prior to completion and will certify
that the implementation, services and contractual obligations
are realistic and attainable.
The proposed solution will be discussed with relevant representatives
from our company to ensure we have reached a level of understanding
of your needs that will allow us, with your assistance, to propose,
implement and maintain a suitable solution.
Therefore the proposed solution will be based on all of the information
and knowledge we have gained through the initial meeting/s and
our considerable experience within industry.
From the initial meeting through to delivery of eziTracker and
beyond, you will be assigned an Account Manager who will liaise
with the relevant contacts within your organisation. This will
incorporate discussions regarding the initial set up and scheduled
meetings throughout the contract to ensure that the maximum benefit
is achieved from using the eziTracker service.
